Dan has been appointed Composer-in-Residence of Chicago’s Music in the Loft series beginning this current season. The season features performances of Dan’s Lonesome Roads and Ramshackle Songs as well as the premiere of a newly commissioned work for extraordinary young violinist Emily Daggett Smith in April 2014.
