Dan has been awarded the 2013 Samuel Barber Rome Prize from the American Academy in Rome

Dan has been awarded the 2013 Samuel Barber Rome Prize from the American Academy in Rome and spends the 2013/14 season composing in the Eternal City. Dan’s music will receive performances in Rome by Nuova Consonanza and the Scharoun Ensemble of the Berlin Philharmonic.
